Two days ago I asked my @cripesonfriday account “Why do you use Twitter” ..(in less than 5 words) Yesterday I asked my other account the same question. Below are some of the answers I received from both accounts. Read them, try and guess which account said what, the answer may surprise you.*
*The answer will not, in fact, surprise you.

ACCOUNT 2:
- Connections,Connections,Connections
Can you guess which account said what? In actual fact account 1 is from my @cripesonfriday account and the single solitary response is from Bill, my new best friend on the other account.
People that I follow, that I have built up a rapport with, a relationship with, tend to use Twitter for the same reasons I do, to interact, to laugh. In short, as @mixmasterfestus put it it’s “the people”.
I can’t expect to get the same level of interaction from the new account, I know that, and I actually was surprised to get a reply at all. I clicked on about 15 of the people I follow and out of the 15 only 4 have any replies to other people in their timeline. Everyone is talking, but they’re not talking to anyone in particular. It is a totally different way of using Twitter than what I am used to, and it is no fun at all.
